Last night I went to Elevation Aerial Arts in Prestatyn, because the lovely owner Samantha Palomba said it would be ok for me to go and share my Amazing Aloe Vera drinking Gel with all of her members. I arrived and the first thing I thought was what a lovely studio? It is completely kitted out for all things Circus/Aerial. There was a children’s training session in full swing and they looked amazing, they were practicing on the trapeze, then the silks and then the aerial hoops – amazing – what a fantastic sport for kids to get into, different from your normal gymnastics!! Then next the ladies arrived for their Insanity class, which I filmed a little of to share with you (click here to watch). All of the ladies were lovely and made me feel right at home chatting with me and trying the Aloe Drinking Gel. I left after the next bunch of ladies started their Aerial Hoop class I would highly recommend adults and children alike go and check out this studio as my amateur photos do not do it justice!!
